Soft washing uses low-pressure water combined with eco-friendly cleaning solutions to safely remove algae, mold, mildew, and grime from your home's exterior. Unlike high-pressure washing, it won't damage your siding, paint, or landscaping. It's safe for all surfaces and pets.
Most jobs take between 2–4 hours depending on the size of your home and services selected. A window cleaning alone on an average home typically takes 1.5–2.5 hours. We'll give you a more precise estimate when you book.
For exterior-only services, you don't need to be home. For interior window cleaning, someone needs to be present to let us in. We'll confirm all details when you book your appointment.
Our online calculator provides accurate estimates based on average homes. The final price is confirmed after a quick on-site assessment. In most cases, the price matches the estimate exactly. We'll never surprise you with hidden fees.

Rain won't affect the results of your soft wash — the cleaning agents bond to the surface and continue working even after rain. For window cleaning, a light rain won't leave spots because we use purified water. If there's a heavy rain immediately after, we'll come back to touch up at no charge.
Count each individual piece of glass as one pane. A standard double-hung window has 2 panes. A sliding glass door typically has 2 large panes. Skylights and specialty windows count as well. Don't worry about getting it exactly right — we'll verify the count when we arrive and adjust if needed.
